Here, you will find the most common questions our clients ask — along with a few others we added to help you understand the process, the flow, and how everything works behind the scenes.
We want your experience with YADA EFT to be grounded in ease and understanding. Doubts only create fog, and we are in the business of clearing blockages, not creating them.

ABOUT EFT
1. What is EFT?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is an emotional regulation method that uses gentle tapping on acupressure points combined with focused awareness.
It helps reduce stress, anxiety, emotional patterns, limiting beliefs, and stored physical tension.
2. Does EFT replace therapy or medical treatment?
No.
EFT is a complementary tool.
It supports your nervous system but does not replace psychotherapy, psychiatry, or medical care.
3. Does EFT work for everyone?
Most people respond very well, from children to adults.
Every emotional system is unique, which is why we work at your pace.
ABOUT THE SESSIONS
Sessions take place via video call (Google Meet).
You follow guided tapping, verbalization, and breathing exercises while we release emotional patterns and stored tension.
No.
Sessions are never recorded. Recording is disabled by the therapist, and clients are not permitted to record under any circumstances.
Just a few basics:
– Stable internet connection;
– A quiet, private space;
– Headphones (optional but recommended);
– Willingness to participate.
This is completely normal.
EFT may access deeper layers of emotion safely. You may pause or slow down as needed.
For your safety and emotional integration, YADA EFT offers a maximum of one session per week per client.
This avoids nervous system overload and ensures proper processing between sessions.
SCHEDULING & PROCESS
How do I book a session?
Bookings are made through the official YADA EFT calendar (Calendly).
After selecting your time, you will automatically receive:
– Confirmation e-mail;
– Google Meet link;
– Important instructions.
Can I reschedule my session?
Yes — once per session, with a minimum of 12 hours’ notice.
What if I arrive late?
Session time is not extended.
If the delay is significant, the session may be considered completed.
What if I do not show up?
No-shows are counted as completed sessions and are non-refundable.
How long do I have to use my sessions / package?
All sessions and packages are valid for 90 days, starting from the date of the first scheduled session.
After this period, unused sessions expire and are non-refundable.
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
How do I pay for my session or package?
All payments are processed through WooCommerce (credit card, debit, PIX, or other available methods).
Your financial information is encrypted and never stored.
Do you store my payment details?
No. YADA EFT does not store any financial data.
Do you offer refunds?
As a rule, no — all sales are final.
However, to comply with Brazilian consumer law:
– The 7-day right of withdrawal applies only if no session has been scheduled or conducted;
– Scheduling your first session initiates the service, making the purchase non-refundable;
– For packages, if the client has scheduled or started the process, no refunds apply, regardless of remaining sessions.
This protects both the therapeutic container and the exclusive time reserved for you.
Can I transfer my sessions to someone else?
No.
Sessions are individual and non-transferable.
ABOUT PACKAGES & CONTINUOUS SUPPORT
Do I have to use all sessions at once?
No.
You may schedule your sessions within the 90-day validity period according to your rhythm.
What does “continuous emotional support program” mean?
Packages are designed as a therapeutic process — not isolated sessions.
They create consistency, depth, and long-term emotional regulation.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
Will my information be shared?
Never.
Only if required by law or in cases of imminent risk.
Do I receive the same meeting link every time?
No. Each session has a unique, private link.
Does the website collect data?
Only anonymous analytics (IP, browser type, access time) for performance purposes.
Personal data is never sold or shared.
EMOTIONAL EXPERIENCE
Is it normal to feel tired after a session?
Yes. Emotional release may leave the body deeply relaxed.
Can I continue therapy or medical treatment while doing EFT?
Absolutely — and it is encouraged.
What if difficult emotions arise between sessions?
You may write them down and bring them to your next session.
In emergencies, seek immediate professional assistance.

Do you work with clients from other countries?
Yes.
Clients from any country are welcome as long as they speak Portuguese (Brazilian) or English, and have access to the internet and Google Meet.
Can I ask for emotional guidance via message?
Administrative questions are welcome.
Emotional guidance is offered only during sessions for ethical and safety reasons.
