Medication helped for a while, but the pain always came back — as if it wanted
to talk to me, and all I knew how to do was tell it to go away.

Until I understood: the pain wasn’t the problem. It was the messenger.

The You Will Feel Better program was created for people who deal with recurring physical pain — muscular, joint, tension-based or unexplained — and who already sense that something emotional lies beneath it. With EFT, we work directly on the link between the physical symptom and the emotional field.

3. Energetic pain – reprogramming the internal vibration from “tension and defense” to “relief and trust”.
