YADA EFT — POLICIES & CLIENT TERMS

Our rules are clear.

YADA EFT is a space of care, transparency, and emotional safety.
These policies ensure that all clients receive a consistent and protected experience throughout their sessions and programs.

By booking a session or purchasing a package, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY

YADA EFT maintains strict confidentiality for all clients.
Information shared during sessions, emails, forms, or any communication is kept private and will not be disclosed to third parties except in the following circumstances:

– When required by law;
– When there is imminent risk of harm to the client or others.

Your personal history and emotional journey remain confidential.

2. PAYMENT POLICY

All payments are securely processed through WooCommerce.
Payment details are encrypted and never stored on the YADA EFT website.

– Sessions and packages must be paid in full prior to the appointment.
– Only official YADA EFT payment links should be used to ensure client security.

3. Session Frequency

To protect your emotional and physiological well-being, YADA EFT recommends a minimum of 7 days between sessions.

This spacing prevents nervous system overload and allows your body and mind to properly integrate and stabilize the benefits of the practice.
For that reason, we offer a maximum of one session per week per client.

True transformation requires rhythm, respect, and internal space — never rush or saturation.

4. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

We understand that unforeseen situations occur and honor this with respectful flexibility.

– Sessions may be rescheduled once, with a minimum of 12 hours’ notice.
– Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, are considered completed sessions and are non-refundable.

This policy protects both the client’s process and the therapist’s reserved time.

5. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

Each session represents time specifically reserved for the client and cannot be reassigned to another person.
Packages are considered a continuous emotional support program and not a set of isolated sessions.

By purchasing a package, the client acknowledges their commitment to the process.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (BRAZILIAN CONSUMER CODE – ART. 49)

In compliance with Brazilian law, online purchases may be cancelled within 7 calendar days, as long as no service has been initiated.
For YADA EFT:

– Packages are considered a continuous and exclusive therapeutic program.;
– The service is deemed initiated once the first session is booked or after the 7-day legal period has expired, whichever comes first;-
– Therefore, package purchases are non-refundable once the first session is booked or after the legal period ends.

For single sessions, if no booking is made within the 7-day period, the client may request cancellation.

7. PACKAGE USAGE (90-DAY VALIDITY)

All session packages are valid for 90 days from the date of the first scheduled session.
During this period, clients may use their sessions according to their availability and emotional pace.
After the 90-day period, unused sessions expire and are non-refundable.
This policy ensures continuity, emotional consistency, and proper scheduling management.

8. SCOPE OF PRACTICE

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a complementary emotional regulation tool.
It is not a replacement for psychological, psychiatric, or medical treatment.
YADA EFT does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or provide medical advice.
Clients are responsible for maintaining any treatment recommended by licensed healthcare professionals.
EFT supports emotional well-being — it does not substitute professional medical care.

9. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

By scheduling a session, the client agrees to:

– Attend sessions on time;
– Ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet environment;
– Participate actively in tapping exercises;
– Seek emergency assistance when necessary;
– Use EFT as a complementary practice, not a medical replacement.

Your involvement directly contributes to your progress.

10. THERAPIST RESPONSIBILITIES

YADA EFT commits to:

– Providing a safe, ethical, and professional environment;
– Respecting personal boundaries and emotional pace;
– Offering techniques aligned with the client’s rhythm and needs;
– Maintaining confidentiality and emotional safety at all times.

Healing occurs when trust and safety are present.

11. ONLINE SESSION POLICY (GOOGLE MEET)

All sessions are conducted through private Google Meet links.

– Sessions are not recorded;
– Recording features are disabled by the therapist;
– Clients are not permitted to record sessions under any circumstances;
– Meeting links are confidential and exclusive to the client.

Privacy is a non-negotiable part of our practice.

12. TECHNOLOGY, SECURITY & DATA

The website uses cookies to support navigation and improve user experience.
Anonymous analytical data (such as IP address, browser type, and access times) may be collected to ensure proper site functionality.

Personal information is never sold or shared.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

YADA EFT utilizes secure, reputable third-party platforms:

– WooCommerce: payment processing;
– Google Meet: online session delivery;
– Calendly: scheduling;
– Google Analytics: performance insights.

Each platform maintains its own privacy policy regarding data handling.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

YADA EFT is not responsible for:

– Internet connectivity issues on the client’s side;
– Delays caused by technical malfunction;
– Emotional discomfort or memories that may arise during EFT sessions.

EFT can bring forward emotional releases or recollections, which are a natural part of the therapeutic process.
Clients are encouraged to communicate their limits and pacing preferences.

15. COPYRIGHT POLICY

All materials provided through YADA EFT — including videos, texts, techniques, images, and written content — are the intellectual property of YADA EFT and may not be reproduced, distributed, or adapted without prior written permission.
