I’ve always been fascinated by one thing: knowledge.
In my early teens I read a Nora Roberts novel called The Key of Knowledge.
It wasn’t meant to be profound — it was a romance — yet something in it awakened me.
A doorway opened, and I stepped through it.
The Bible speaks of knowing, truth, and keys, and somehow… I was always drawn to that.
Little did I know I was already walking the YADA way back then.
My path was lovely, even through the pain.
Physical pain — check.
Mental pain — check.
Soul pain — double check.
People look at me strangely when I say I’m grateful for the pain.
But I am.
Its sharp edges carved me into someone I genuinely like.
I fought physical pain for over 11 years. I won.
I fought mental pain for 3 years — consciously. I won.
I am fighting generational trauma and deep soul pain — and I’m winning every day.
Because I learned the power of knowing.
Facing.
Dealing.
Releasing.
And showing up.
These became my dance steps in the symphony of life.
One, two, three, four.
I dance, no matter what music plays.
YADA is a path — for anyone ready to heal and find themselves.
To know by experience, not hype.
Not by reading, listening, or watching… but knowing profoundly.
At 43, my path became a purpose.
I opened two companies in five months, started doing lives, wrote, published, and copyrighted a book.
And there is much more to come.
But today, this post is simply to say shalom — as greeting and blessing.
Here, in this space, I’ll share the details of my path, my way, and the chapters that shaped me — and how I can help you become the best version of yourself.
Love,
